Online booking, WhatsApp and other services
Our website connects to outside services. When you use them, they collect information under their own privacy policies.
- Online booking. The Start Reservation button opens our online booking system, hosted by MyLimoBiz. Trip and contact details you enter there are processed by that system for us.
- Our Book on WhatsApp, Get a Free Quote and phone buttons open WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Your messages and phone number are handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
- We use Google Maps to show our location and Google tools, such as Search Console, to see how our website performs in search.
- Social media. Our Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn links take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our booking system and its payment processors. This website does not collect or store full card numbers. Payment processors follow their own security rules and privacy policies.

We keep your information as long as we need it to complete your trip, handle billing, meet tax and insurance rules, settle disputes and follow the law. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
